Meet Our Staff

Christine, C.O.A. - Orthodontic Assistant

Christine was born in Oxford, England. She graduated from Lake Weir High School where she was a majorette. In her spare time she enjoys making chocolate candies, gardening, and taking walks on nature trails with her black Lab Cody. Christine also enjoys spending time with her family and her nephews Elijah Paul and Ethan Robert who at a sound of a car horn jump up hoping that it is their beloved aunt! Christine is our creative and crafty assistant, who always makes sure that we are well decorated for any holiday.

Jessie - Business/Ortho Assistant

Jessie was, like her sister Danielle, born in Ocala, FL. She is quite unique considering that she carries her pointe shoes in her backpack while riding her Kawasaki Ninja on the way to ballet rehearsal! She enjoys spending time with her family and her cat Bunny. On most weekends she can be seen riding motorcycles with her parents, sister, brother-in-law, and brother. She is also very famous! You can see her in every Light of Joy Ballet Company performance.

Tonya, C.O.A. - Orthodontic Assistant

Tonya was born in Gainesville, Florida where she graduated from Buchholtz High School. She currently resides in Williston, Florida with her two daughters Kasee and Chelsea. She enjoys spending time with her daugthers as well as her new nephew Noah, who is quite the charmer! Her hobbies include shopping, gardening, and watching as many movies as possible, making her our in-office Blockbuster! Rumor has it in her past modeling career, she dated the actor Dan Akroyd. Also her great great grandmother and grandfather were full blooded Cherokees!

Jennifer - Office Manager

Jennifer was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and she currently resides in Ocala, Florida with Matt and her three boys Nick, Nathan, and Jerry. She graduated from Lake Gibson Senior High School in Lakeland, Florida and went to Craven Community College in New Burn, North Carolina for Cosmetology. Jennifer enjoys gardening & decorating, watching her sons play soccer, going to the beach, and playing with her two dogs Pebbles & Porsche. Jennie is our world traveler for she has lived in Okinawa, Japan! Her claim to fame - one of her ancestors, John Billington, traveled to the USA on the Mayflower.

Danielle, C.O.A. - Treatment Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant

Danielle was born and raised in Ocala, Florida. She is a genuine Ocala native!! Danielle enjoys taking motorcycle trips with her husband Jason on their Buell Lightning. She also enjoys mountain biking, camping, and writing stories and poetry. She loves walking and playing with her two "children" Taco and Illy (pugs=) Danielle is our Starbucks barrista at heart! She and her husband spend their free time sipping lattes at Starbucks when they take breaks from remodeling their new home!
